What are the First Class Experience New Protocol & Procedure?
First Class Experience New Protocol & Procedure
For us at First Class Experience Aruba your safety, the safety of our employees and our community is the most valuable priority when offering our service to you in the most responsible and safe way for our own health, benefit & security. This is all new for everybody, we will operate the new process in the coming weeks with the medical area in the arrival baggage claim area after the customs check and along the way evaluate how this process goes. We kindly appreciate all your cooperation & consideration on this.
First Class Experience Aruba will continue to give you and your family our exclusive and excellent VIP hosting service as always.
Our Team will be completely equipped with the following PPE’s;
-Mask
-Gloves
-Hand sanitizers
-Tissue
Our Team are not allowed to;
-Shake hands
-Big Hug
-To take passports or any documents
-Each host can walk only with a family of 4 max, a big family group will have more Host to attend the complete family.
Additional;
-Hand luggage will be sanitized with our own hand sanitizer
-Our gloves will be used for each service & sanitized.
-Every other service new gloves will be used.
-For our transportation service, we will sanitize the luggage for the driver to assist with the luggage’s safely.

*Through the complete process, social distancing MUST be highly handled accordingly. If guest does not comply with protocol of social distancing, the Airport security can stop our service on the spot and your money won’t be refunded!

How will I know who my VIP attendant is?
Your VIP Attendant will be awaiting you for Arrival at the end of the Arrival bridge with an I-pad with your name on it or for Departure in front of your check-in line of your airline with an Ipad with your name on it.
I’m coming to Aruba with my spouse and children, can I book your services for a whole family?
Answer: Yes, for family (4 or more) or other group pricing, please contact us at reservations@firstclassaruba.
How far in advance should I make my booking?
Sooner is always better than later! If you wait to make your booking within 24 hours your arrival or departure, you’ll be charged an additional USD $43.00
What about tipping?
Gratuity for Porters & Hosts are not included.
How can you “fast-track” airport procedures and formalities?
Fast-tracking differs from airport to airport. When it comes to Aruba’s airport, we have the local on-site knowledge and insider connections to streamline your movement through all airport procedures.
What do I do if there’s a problem?
If your flight’s timing changes, your VIP attendant will already be tracking those changes and making adjustments to your schedule. If any other problems come up, you’ll have a phone number you can call to check in with us.
Does the US rules and regulations apply throughout the US Pre-Clearance area?
Yes, The US rules and regulations apply for processing through the US Pre-clearance areas.

How to use our Booking Calendar
Our booing calendar works best manually when selecting day in front of the current month, the date structure is as follow “Month/ Day / year” on the example you were booking for 31 December, that would be 12/31/”year”. For more details check our illustration here under.
How do Travel Agencies book?
A travel agent needs to book directly through our mail at reservations@firstclassaruba.com.

When booking the services for Departure, how far in advance can I arrive to the Airport?
For us to serve our guests even better we always recommend 3 hours prior at the Airport, considering that we cannot fast track in the US Customs this gives us enough time to pass all lines and have enough time to be accommodated in the VIP Lounge with unlimited snacks, soup & beverages.
Does having a Global Entry Pass make a difference?
Yes, this makes a difference in US Customs to skip the long lines.
Does TSA Pre-check Apply in Aruba?
No, TSA Pre-check does not apply in Aruba.
Does Price of Hosting Service include transportation?
No, Transportation is not included in the price of VIP Airport Hosting Service. This can be booked for an additional fee.
Where do I meet my VIP Airport Host/ess?
- For a Departure Hosting Service your host/ess will be at the Airport in front of the check-in line of your airline with an I-pad with your name on it.
- For an Arrival Hosting Service your host/ess will be awaiting you at the Airport as soon as you get off the plane and go up the escalator he/she will be there with an I-pad with your name on it.
How will I know who my VIP Attendant is?
Your VIP attendant will have a black suit/ dress on with a purple scarf/tie with an I-pad with your name on it.
